Visiting Time to meet Patients

Summer – 5 PM to 7 PM

Winter – 4 PM to 6 PM

  • Please show attendant pass to enter in the Indoor wards.
  • Only One attendant is allowed with patient.Only female attendant is allowed in female ward and only male attendant is allowed in male ward.
  • Children is not allowed to stay/meet with the patient.
  • Kindly ensure Safety of your valuables/ornaments/money/mobile phone Hospital shall not be responsible for any loss.
  • No TIPS please. In case any staff asks for TIPS, please contact in Administration department or SMS on 011-44333376

Selection of Room Type

Semi-Private Rooms, Private Rooms, Deluxe Rooms, and Super-Deluxe Rooms, each offering varying levels of comfort, privacy, and amenities. Patients and their families are encouraged to select the accommodation that best aligns with their budget and care preferences. Room allocation is subject to availability at the time of admission. In keeping with TRSCH’s charitable ethos, patients from economically weaker sections may be eligible for subsidized or special arrangements, ensuring that quality care remains accessible to all, irrespective of financial background.

Formal Admission

After the room selection, formal admission is completed. This includes filling out consent forms and ensuring the patient or guardian understands the terms of care and hospital policies. The admission staff ensures all queries are addressed before proceeding.

Billing Process

The billing system at TRSCH is designed to be transparent and straightforward, ensuring patients are fully aware of the costs involved.

Cost Estimate

Upon admission, patients receive an estimated cost of treatment, which includes room charges, medical procedures, diagnostic tests, medications, and doctor fees. This upfront communication ensures clarity and helps families plan their finances.

Daily Updates

For inpatient care, daily updates on billing are provided, detailing expenses incurred. This system helps prevent unexpected financial burdens and allows patients to monitor costs throughout their stay.

Payment Options

TRSCH accepts multiple payment methods, including cash, credit/debit cards, and digital wallets. For patients covered under insurance, the hospital has a dedicated team to facilitate cashless transactions. This team coordinates with insurance providers to ensure a seamless claim process.

Discharge Billing

At discharge, a final bill is generated. Patients are provided a detailed breakdown of charges, ensuring transparency. The discharge formalities are completed once the payment is made or insurance approvals are finalized.

Charitable Support

Being a charitable institution, TRSCH offers financial assistance to underprivileged patients. The hospital’s social welfare department evaluates cases and provides subsidies or waivers as necessary.

CGHS Beneficiaries

This hospital provides cashless treatment facility/investigations to CGHS pensioners, etc., with prior permission and to all CGHS beneficiaries, for treatment under emergency.
